However, it has a reputation for being something of an unwieldy platform if you lack web dev experience (i.e., it’s a beast of a website builder), so long-term, operational considerations must be at the forefront of CFOs’ decisions.

If you even have to ask this question, the answer is no. …Unless you have the budget capacity to outsource all of the development and maintenance work to a professional with experience in the Magento niche. Do note that once you’re locked in, this could mean increased reliance on technical talent.
