Website, UX & UI for a new customer portal for Sovereign Healthcare.
The brief
Established in 1873 as a Bradford-based hospital fund, Sovereign Health Care has been helping people for over 145 years.
The time came to move ahead with an online customer portal to allow customers to manage their health plans, payment details and more.
These screens had to work across all devices to allow users to access as they choose.
Our approach
Following initial meetings with stakeholders to cover the full requirements, initial designs were put forward.
following subtle tweaks and improvements, this process continued for a number of months whilst always working with technical staff at APT Solutions.
Final files were delivered to allow APT to implement and ‘integrate with their member software.
