A bespoke Magento v2 + Hyvä development with 2-way integration with SAP B1
The brief
Having worked with a templated solution for a number of years, the team at Pelsis wanted to move to a more flexible platform to allow for growth as they target the European market for pest control and hygiene products.
Adopting the Magento v2 platform was the obvious choice as a powerful eCommerce engine to allow for future growth.
2-way integration to pull data from SAP B1 into the website and push order details back from the website to SAP B1 was needed.
Our approach
Working with the team at Pelsis Pro as well as their 3rd party SAP specialists, we worked out and tested multiple methods of passing data back and forth.
Sometimes plans change and we were able to adapt to these moves to consider additional functionalities and processes.
The resulting website provides a fast, data-accurate system to further progress active sales throughout the European market,
